Baier & China Agricultural University – 2023 Industry-Academia-Research Graduation Ceremony
On March 23, 2023, the graduation ceremony for the sixth batch of students from the Baier Testing Internship Base of China Agricultural University was held at Baier Testing, marking the successful conclusion of a one-month practical experience for the master's interns from China Agricultural University. The ceremony was attended by Professor Huang Kunlun, Director of the Agricultural Product Testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, Vice Dean of the College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering at China Agricultural University, and doctoral supervisor, along with representatives of the faculty and students from the College of Food Science, including Xu Wentao, He Xiaoyun, and Cheng Nan. Baier Testing's General Manager Terry Liu and Manager of General Affairs Department Ming Manli also attended the industry-academia-research summary ceremony.
The students participating in the social practice presented their summary reports one by one. During the first half of 2023, the students measured the fertile ground of innovation with their steps, appreciated the scenery of practice with their eyes, engaged with society, accumulated experience, and bravely became pioneers of innovative research.
In his subsequent speech, General Manager Terry Liu stated that Baier Testing and China Agricultural University have successfully held six industry-academia-research cooperation activities, fully aligning the development and cooperation requirements of enterprises and institutions. In terms of scientific research, Baier Testing has always dared to innovate and take new paths. The "industry-academia-research integration" is one of the representatives, achieving a win-win situation for universities and enterprises and enhancing the company's soft power.
At the end of the ceremony, Dean Huang gave a detailed introduction to the history and overall situation of the university and the college, as well as the characteristics of the majors and the industry-academia-research integration. He also proposed goals and directions for the research content of practical innovation in 2023.
