Baier Participates in Shandong DRC's Themed Event on Promoting Service Industry
On May 12th, 2025, the 17th session of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission's Qinqing Development and Reform Reception Hall and the 4th session of this year's "Promoting High Quality Development of Production Service Industry" themed event were held in Weifang, Shandong. The event thoroughly implements the deployment requirements of the provincial party committee and government on the development of productive service industry, builds communication bridges, focuses on pain points and bottlenecks, solves development problems, and continuously promotes the high-quality development of production service industry through policy guidance, financial support, and factor guarantee. Liu Yong, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, presided over the event and delivered a speech.
Invited to the event were representatives from 8 enterprises and departments, including Shandong Haicheng Petrochemical, Zhonglu Huineng Testing, Yunji Shuke, Shandong Baier Testing, Shandong Runda Information, Shandong Haiwang Pharmaceutical, Weifang Development and Reform Commission, and Yantai Development and Reform Commission. The event was conducted through on-site research and discussions.
The participants visited Shandong Baier Testing Co., Ltd. and Shandong Haiwang Yinhe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to gain a deeper understanding of their development practices in testing technology services, pharmaceutical supply chain innovation, and other fields. During the discussion, representatives of business leaders expressed their opinions and suggestions on the urgent demands for green transformation of smart logistics, funding application for policy projects, innovative thinking on enterprise digital transformation and high-end development of productive service industry, and the practical problem of insufficient innovation capability of productive service industry enterprises. They put forward suggestions and policy demands. The supervising officials of the relevant departments of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission faced the problems directly and responded to them one by one.
This event emphasizes that the production service industry is a key support for promoting industrial upgrading and cultivating new quality productivity, and the "demand list" of enterprises is the "responsibility list" of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. We should focus on addressing and implementing the demands of enterprises, establish a list of issues raised during the discussion, implement ledger management, carefully study and formulate practical measures, and ensure that everything has a response and a solution.
Next, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission should conscientiously implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important directive of "implementing the construction of a pro clean government business relationship", strictly implement the guidance of the Central Eight point Regulation, fully play the role of the "pro clean development and reform reception room" as a bridge and link, adhere to a problem-solving mindset, actively and proactively relieve difficulties for enterprises, contribute development and reform strength to Shandong's economic and social development, and demonstrate development and reform responsibility.
