Baier Testing Attends Provincial Internal Auditor Training for Inspection and Testing Bodies

Since the National Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) issued Announcement No. 22 of 2024, officially announcing the abolition of 19 certification and accreditation industry standards, including the same line, same standard, and same quality service platform operation guide, all 19 standards including RB/T214 have now been formally withdrawn from use. In order to better improve the management system and ensure the internal system operation and management standardization of the company, Baier Testing has dispatched laboratory staff to participate in this training program.

This training not only responds to the requirements of regulations such as the Criteria for Qualification Accreditation and Review of Inspection and Testing Organizations and the General Requirements for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Capability for the professional competence of internal auditors, but also represents the company's proactive action to upgrade management. With the tightening of industry supervision and the continuous improvement of customer requirements for testing quality, only by enabling internal auditors to fully understand the latest regulations and master scientific audit methods can we avoid risks such as "system non-compliance" and "testing process loopholes" from the source, and safeguard the "lifeline" of our qualifications that we rely on for survival.

Unlike theoretical teaching, the trainer interpreted the key provisions in the revised version of the Measures for the Administration of Qualification Recognition of Inspection and Testing Organizations by referring to the specific requirements and key cases of the "double-random, one-open" (random selection of inspectors and inspected entities, and open disclosure of inspection results) supervision and inspection for national inspection and testing institutions. The trainer also elaborated in detail on the interpretation of provisions, key review points in the Recognition Criteria for the Qualification of Inspection and Testing Organizations, and requirements for relevant technical reviews. Particularly, the trainer focused on the methods and techniques for establishing and improving the management system in accordance with the Recognition Criteria for the Qualification of Inspection and Testing Organizations and General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories (GB/T 27025-2019), as well as conducting internal audits of the management system.

The trainer also shared warning cases in the industry where "inadequate internal audits led to the suspension of qualifications," enabling the trainees to not only recognize the risks but also clarify the direction for improvement.

This internal auditor training is not only a session of capacity enhancement but also a demonstration of the company’s commitment to the service philosophy of "professional, accurate, prompt, and friendly".

In the future, we will translate what we have learned from the training into practical actions - by implementing more standardized internal audit processes and more rigorous quality control, we will provide customers with more reliable testing services, contribute our efforts to the high-quality development of the industry, and continue to strive to become a testing and certification institution that makes outstanding contributions to society!
